the story so far

Jeremy started playing music professionally around 1986 after ten years as an architect. He had studied piano as a child, and later dabbled in guitar after meeting Mark Gillespie at Melbourne University.
He later played guitar in a few groups before forming the 'OFAYS' with Sarah Carroll in about '95. After adding Matt Ryan on double bass, the 'OFAYS' recorded their first album 'Mixed Up' in mid 2001.

Under the 'OFAYS' moniker, Jeremy released another album in 2002: 'Aint No Way'. Recorded in 1998/2002*, this CD has 10 songs, all original. The album features, on the earlier session (recorded @ Clam Shoals, Warranwood):
Chris Wilson (producer/vocal/harp); Sam Lemann (guitar); Steve Purcell (double bass); Chris Tabone (drums).
On the later session (recorded @ Fatsounds, West Melbourne): Andy Baylor (guitar); Dean Addison (double bass); Andy Swan (drums); Ed Bates (pedal steel); Tim Neal (keyboards).
In 2004 Jeremy recorded 'My Way' (containing another 10 original songs), his first CD under his own name .

'Ersatz Love' , his latest CD, will be released in early 2006.

* Half the songs were taken off an earlier solo CD 'Devotee'.
